All this month we’re celebrating Time4Coffee’s 5th anniversary.  Far too often we think that the best career advice can only come from professionals who’ve been grinding it out for decades.  But imho the best career advice for a college student is usually advice from someone who is much closer to them in age.  So with that in mind we’ve pulled together another mash-up of the best career advice offered by 20-somethings who’ve been guests on T4C over the last 5 years.  Enjoy!!

  • AJ Eckstein (Main T4C Episode 984) was a product marketing campaign manager at Accenture and is the founder of The Final Round, whose mission is to democratize fun, high quality, and tailored career advice.
  • Andrew Imbrie (Main T4C Episode 455) was a Senior Fellow at Georgetown’s Center for Security and Emerging Technology and a Senior Policy Advisor to the U.S. Mission to the United Nations. Today, he is an associate professor at Georgetown’s Walsh School of foreign service.
  • Andrew Rimland (Main T4C Episode 1099) is a serial entrepreneur and founder of Swish Breaks, one of the fastest-growing sports card entertainment companies. He graduated from the University of Maryland in December 2021.
  • Austin Belcak (Main T4C Episode 647) is the founder of Cultivated Culture, a company that teaches people unconventional strategies to land jobs they love without applying online. Previously, Austin worked for Microsoft as the director of partner development.
  • Caroline Muggia (Main T4C Episode 328) is a Product Marketing Manager at Oscar Health, a New York City-based technology-focused health insurance company founded in 2012.  Caroline previously worked as an Editorial Assistant at the lifestyle media brand mindbodygreen.
  • Christina Lukeman (Main T4C Episode 61) was the head of Investor Relations at Agora, an organization founded in 2005 as a modern-day “public square” designed to create a positive social impact. Today, she is the Director of Business Development & Communications at MCE, an impact investing firm.
  • David Rosenstein (Main T4C Episode 691) was an admissions coordinator and sales development representative at CollegeAdvisor.com, an education startup to help high school students navigate the college application process. Today, he is an Account Executive with Linkedin.
  • Dylan Gambardella (Main T4C Episode 75) is the co-founder of Next Gen Summit and previously co-founded Students4Students.  He is an accomplished entrepreneur, speaker, investor, and activist.
  • Edwin Dorsey (Main T4C Episode 1067) is the founder of The Bear Cave, a subscription-based newsletter that works to expose corporate misconduct. When he launched the newsletter in March 2020, Edwin was a senior at Stanford University majoring in economics.
  • Elizabeth Morgan (Main T4C Episode 871) was the senior social media program manager for iCIMS, one of the leading services in cloud-based recruiting software. Prior to joining iCIMS in Elizabeth was a recruiter for Google for 3 years. Today, she is a content strategist and social media manager for Amazon
