“You wake up and there’s hundreds of emails and hundreds of calls, and you have to prioritize. So that’s the most common day you can have. And throughout this entire day, you might be speaking two or three languages in the span of nine hours or writing in these languages as well. So it’s quite interesting and sometimes quite taxing.”

Career Challenge
“The first one was definitely Harambee, I felt like I was on top of the world. Being a global finalist they treat you like the hype Silicon Valley gives to potential startups that crash and burn a few months later. So once we got to the global finals, we’re surrounded by people who are just flying us all over the place. We were doing interviews. Our pictures were everywhere. I felt like I was on top of the world. And when that collapsed, I was 24. Mentally I wasn’t prepared to fail because I felt like I kept winning in life at that point.”
