“At Caltech, you have four hours for your qualifying major exam and two hours for your minor qualifying exam. And I was advocating for myself saying, I need extended time. They didn’t want to offer it to me. I remember one professor said, ‘if you have a learning disability, you shouldn’t be at Caltech.'”
