Joe Bubman is the Technical Lead for Integrating Approaches in Complex Crises at one of the world’s largest humanitarian and development NGOs, Mercy Corps. Previously, Joe served as Acting Director of Peace and Conflict where he supported the development and implementation of conflict management programs in Africa, the Middle East and Latin America.  Joe is also the co-founder and CEO of the Super Decathlon for One America, a for-profit organization which strengthens relationships and bridges the divide between rural and urban communities through fun, friendly team competitions, joint projects, and constructive political dialogue. Joe earned a B.A. in Political Science and History from Northwestern University. He has an M.A. in International Relations from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) in Washington, DC.
