“But what I learned, which has very, very simple and straightforward is that it doesn’t matter how many years you work. It doesn’t matter if you’re a director at a previous firm, or it doesn’t matter if you’re new versus nine years, you can become the managing director as quickly as possible. It’s not about the time, it’s about the value at it.”

“I started opening up a small convenience stores for a small business operators to the application process through five to six different government municipalities. And then I helped family members do that as well. And I think I failed at 70 plus applications before I got it,”
