“I felt this energy within me, saying, ‘Mark, you’re not living in your truest potential, Mark, you’re not doing the things that are aligned with your internal values.’ So a combination of that stuff made me really uncomfortable. And like most people, I didn’t first listen to that voice. I didn’t listen to my true self and I tried to stuff it down with a bunch of different things from substances to food to thoughts.”
