And what happened was I had finished all the work that I was asked to do, and instead of being proactive, I was sitting in the team room working on [a friend’s] resume and my manager noticed. Then in my next feedback review, she mentioned, ‘I saw you were working on this, that’s inappropriate, and you really should be focusing on work.'”
