“I worked at a newspaper in Vermont and I had a situation where I wrote something and some people didn’t like it. And I had editors who had edited it and said it was fine. Then when push came to shove said, no, we don’t stand by this. And when you have people who you’re working with, who don’t stick up for you, it wasn’t great. So I left and I was wandering in the wilderness.”
