“These passive aggressive little digs are what we call death by a paper cuts at that point because they build up. But they’re also being thrown under the bus by a supervisor on a call or not being supported or taking the blame for something or being admonished in a presentation because you didn’t say something you were supposed to, rather than making it a learning experience. Every single one of those things happened to me more than once. So I decided to do something about it by flat out leaving.”
