“We were competing against a company in Tokyo called Docomo. Docomo had 60,000 cell sites in the Tokyo metropolitan district, and we had 12. And cell sites are really expensive, especially in real estate driven markets like Tokyo. So I knew we just weren’t going to be successful.”
