Career Challenge
Spencer recalls the summer of 2013 when he had his most difficult work experience as a prep cook at Colicchio & Sons. Working in the food industry isn’t always as glamorous as we see on TV. It’s hard work with long hours mostly on your feet. Although Spencer was an aspiring chef, he quickly realized this wasn’t what he wanted to pursue. So for that summer he was in a position that he didn’t want to be in longterm, but he had to suck it up in order to fulfill his commitment to the job.
