“We had four offices, I was running it all by myself. I didn’t have any business partners, nothing like that. And as soon as the economy went south and families were losing all their college savings, losing their 401(k)s, losing their jobs — they don’t have the kind of disposable income to hire a service like ours. So we saw our business shrink about 40% that year.”
