“One of the things that you don’t see on my resume is long flat periods of excruciating boredom. And there’ve been times in my exciting career where nothing really interesting has been happening. You do have to go through long periods of boredom or working with uninteresting people and things to get to the peaks. Don’t be discouraged by that.”
