Christina (Tina) Martini is an intellectual property lawyer and co-national hiring partner at Chicago’s McDermott Will & Emery law firm and specializes in trademark, copyright, domain name, Internet, social media, advertising, unfair competition and entertainment law. With 25 years of experience in the legal profession under her belt, Christina hosts her own podcast called “Paradigm Shift” which focuses on the intersection between business and law. Christina is also a co-host of WGN Radio’s “Legal Face Off,” one of the nation’s premier legal shows. A graduate of the University of Illinois with a degree in Industrial Engineering, Christina pursued her law degree at Northwestern University and graduated in 1994.
