Jeremy Barnicle is the executive director of Ecotrust, an Oregon-based nonprofit that fosters economic opportunity, social equity, and environmental well-being. He has spent more than two decades working at the junction of policy, media, philanthropy and global issues.  Previously, Jeremy spent 11 years at the global humanitarian organization Mercy Corps, where he helped guide the organization’s global strategy and position the Portland-based nonprofit as one of the most respected humanitarian organizations in the world. Prior to Mercy Corps, Jeremy worked for the State Department, for a U.S. congressman, for several consulting firms, and as a Peace Corps volunteer.
