Jennifer Brick is the founder of Capdeca Solutions and a career coach for ambitious women. Nicknamed “Career Bestie,” she posts frequent content on her LinkedIn and YouTube platforms, in addition to her book, “Career Glow Up: How to Own Your Ambition and Create the Career of Your Dreams.” Jennifer believes that co-workers should not be friends and offers tangible advice for how to excel in the workplace as a woman. Prior to becoming a coach, author and entrepreneur Jennifer was a successful customer success leader at a variety of tech firms in Canada and the U.S.. She got a B.A. in criminology from Simon Fraser University in British Columbia, Canada.
