Christina (Tina) Martini is a Partner and Co-National Hiring Partner at McDermott, Will & Emery law firm and focuses her practice on domestic and international trademark and copyright law, as well as domain name, Internet, social media, advertising, unfair competition and entertainment law. Christina has extensive experience in counseling, prosecution, enforcement, due diligence and licensing matters. She successfully assists clients in protecting their intellectual property rights through litigation and other means, including the courts and uniform dispute resolution procedures. Tina’s experience reaches across a wide variety of business sectors, including the pharmaceutical/life sciences sector, food and beverage industry, housewares, apparel, energy, agriculture, consulting, restaurant, franchising, advertising, real estate and financial services. Christina hosts the Paradigm Shift podcast which focuses on the intersection between business and law. Christina is also a co-host of WGN Radio’s Legal Face Off podcast one of the nation’s premier legal shows. A graduate of the University of Illinois with a degree in Industrial Engineering, Christina secured her law degree from Northwestern University in 1994.
